Grand Opening World Premiere Screening of THE RUG

In early 2024, a group of senior citizens from York Region came together to create a short horror film called THE RUG, filmed entirely in Aurora. Their activities were funded in part by the federal government's New Horizons for Seniors Program. Be the first to watch as our seniors unleash their film into the world!  In addition, local award-winning filmmaker Sean Cisterna will showcase clips from SILVER SCREAMERS, his feature documentary on the making of The Rug. Please note that this event will be filmed as part of the SILVER SCREAMERS feature length documentary.
