Grand Opening Happy Woodland Pet Cemetery: Uncovering History

Recipient of a gold Telly Award, Happy Woodland Pet Cemetery: Uncovering History, is directed and produced by Mountain Goat Film Company in conjunction with the Aurora Museum & Archives. The film explores the origins of the pet cemetery, believed to be the first in Canada, and the vital work of Museum staff and volunteers who have been restoring and cataloguing the burial sites of more than 800 named pets on the property. Join us for a screening of this short documentary, which will be followed by a Q & A with the filmmakers.
